THIS I’VE LEARNED

I WAS THINKING…
about the shooting star I saw the other day. It brought back fond memories. When I was growing up, my sisters and I would lay on the grass on warm summer evenings and count the stars. We waited to see a falling star and sometimes we did. Gosh, maybe I should enjoy the beautiful night skies more today. I can’t wait to lay in the grass and count the stars. On second thought, I think I’ll just sit in my lawn chair.
OVERHEARD
Being old doesn’t seem so old, now that I’m old.
If you eat an entire cake without cutting it, you technically only had one piece.
Apparently, I do snore loud, it scares everyone in the car I’m driving.
It amazes me how much exercise and extra fries sound alike.
I don’t usually brag about going to expensive places, but I just left the filling station.
The more you weigh, the harder you are to kidnap. Stay safe. Eat Cake
