I WAS THINKING…
about a client I recently saw who I hadn’t seen for probably 20 years. I was glad she knew me because I didn’t recognize her until she spoke to me. I realized who she was when I heard her voice. It made me think. A couple things don’t usually change as we age; our eyes and our voice. Well, unless we have a cold.

TIPS FOR COOKING BACON AND SAUSAGE
(Taken from Mary Ellen’s Best of Helpful Hints)
To prevent bacon from curling, dip the strips in cold water before frying.
Bacon will lie flat in the pan if you prick it thoroughly with a fork as it fries.
Separate frozen bacon by heating a spatula over the stove burner, slide it under each slice.
Keep a roll of sausage from sticking to the paper by running cold water over the paper. Or, let it first set in cold ice water.
THIS I’VE LEARNED
Time is our most precious treasure. We can produce more wealth and things, but we can’t produce more time. So, when we give someone our time, we are actually giving part of our life. Perhaps it’s the best present we can give our family and friends. Think about it!
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
We know how much money we have and ways to get what we want. Some people have more money than others, but time is the same for everyone. We don’t know when we will have no more time. Use it wisely.
MORE ABOUT TIME
“You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.” Charles Baxton
“The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance.” Arnold Bennett
“I am not particularly interested in saving time; I prefer to enjoy it.” Eduardo Galeano
“Time is what we want most, but what we use worst”. William Penn
“Time is what keeps everything from happening at once.” Ray Cummings
‘You may delay, but time will not”. Benjamin Franklin
