This I’ve Learned

BLOG April 4, 2022

I WAS THINKING…
how nice it is to take off our mask in most places. It’s almost a shock to see people who I never saw before without their mask. Many look so different from what I pictured what was under their mask. Some were hiding an over-sized nose or dimples. What I like the most now is, we get to see smiles. Facial expressions, especially smiles, are very important in communicating. It took me a few days to remember that I can now wear lipstick.

IS THAT A COMPLIMENT OR AN INSULT?
You have a face that’s hard to forget.
Did you change your hair color?
Is that what you’re going to wear?
Your sister sure looks like you.

HEALTH WISE

GUIDELINES WHEN TAKING NSAID’S
( Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs)

Drink at least eight ounces of water when taking. And take with food.
Don’t lie down for 30 minutes. Gravity assures the pill passes through esophagus.
Take the exact dose prescribed. Never double if you miss a dose.
Do not take when using alcohol. It may cause a risk of stomach problems.
Don’t combine acetaminophen (Tylenol or aspirin) with NSAID.
Skin sensitivity is increased during NSAID therapy. Be careful of direct sunlight.

LESSON OF TIME – KARMA
When a bird is alive, it eats ants.
When the bird is dead, ants eat the bird.
Time & Circumstances can change at any time.
Don’t devalue or hurt anyone in life.
You may be powerful today. But remember, time is
more powerful than you.
One tree makes a million match sticks.
But only one match stick needed to burn a million tree.
