about all the planes that fly over my house. I wonder why there are so any more lately. Maybe I just hadn’t noticed them before. Have you ever closed your eyes and picture yourself on one of those planes going on a fun vacation? Me neither. But I will admit that when I was little I aways waved at the planes.

Grass doesn’t grow well under large trees. Spruce up your yard with shade-tolerant plants like ferns, columbine and impatiens. Also vines like ivy and periwinkle will fill in bare areas.
Make a unique trellis for climbing plants. Remove the fabric from an umbrella, and bury the handle in the ground.

How wonderful that our country declared Memorial Day a time for us to remember and honor the sacrifices by brave veterans. Too often we take our freedom for granite. We need to cherish our freedom and salute the brave veterans. Let’s never forget! Think about it.
