This I’ve Learned

I WAS THINKING…
about recently when I saw a lady who reminded me so much of a good friend who passed away a couple years ago. For a split second, I thought it was her, but I immediately realized it couldn’t possibly be. This has happened to me before with other people I miss. It makes me wonder if others have had the same experience or am I bit abnormal. When it happens, it makes me sad to remember they are gone but feeling their presence for just a split second is pretty neat.

THOUGHTS ABOUT BEAUTY
Some people, no matter how old they get, never lose their beauty. They merely move it from their face into their heart.
Good looks fade, but a good heart keeps one beautiful forever.
Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it. – Confucius
Just because something is beautiful doesn´t mean it´s good. – Alex Flinn
The power to find beauty in the humblest things makes life lovely. — Louisa Alcot

IS IT A COMPLIMENT OR AN INSULT?
That’s not your taste.
I told a friend about you.
I would know your laugh anyplace.
You look like my sister.
