I WAS THINKING….
about a nightmare I had. I was on the freeway and traffic was everywhere. I was at a standstill. I knew I was going to be late. Well, now that I think about it. It wasn’t a nightmare. It was real.

Shine your hair with apple cider vinegar. Mix half cup with two cups of warm water, and pour over freshly washed hair.
Feel queasy while riding in car or boat? Try sucking on a lemon wedge.
Ease acid indigestion with a half glass of water mixed with a teaspoon of baking soda.
Relieve the itch of poison ivy with a paste made with baking soda. Gently spread on.
Throw sponges, toothbrush and other brushes in dishwasher to kill bacteria.
Use baby wipes to remove makeup. They are loaded with soothing ingredients.

Sometimes we don’t give ourselves credit for what we have achieved. Perhaps if we judge ourselves by what we gave up to get what we’ve achieved, we’ll feel proud of all we’ve achieved. Think about it!
