This I’ve Learned

I WAS THINKING…
how I enjoyed “people watching” recently at the airport. Of course, there are those who remind me of someone I know, but it just blows my mind to think there are millions of people and no two people look exactly alike. (Even identical twins are not completely the same).
Actually, it’s a matter of opinion who is better looking than the other. I might think someone is beautiful, but to someone else, not so much.
So why do I worry about not wearing anything sleeveless. There are probably some people who might think my flabby arms are attractive.

BE HAPPY
Be so happy that when others look at you, they become happy too.
You will be as happy as you decide to be.
Don’t let little things steal your happiness.
Whatever you decide to do today, make sure it makes you happy.

TIPS FOR FLOWER VASES
(Taken from Practical Problem Solver)
To remove whitish film inside vase, soak with vinegar or a mild solution of  chlorine bleach and water.
Rub water rings with salt, if narrow and can’t reach inside, fill with strong salt water solution and shake until clean; then wash.
For vase with too wide mouth, crisscross the opening with transparent tape to hold flowers in place.
Many household items make pretty vases. Teapots, wine carafes, copper kettles and pitchers are especially nice. Use your imagination.
